Questions I have for building of the church

• How do people get the opportunities to read scriptures and do that kind of service in church?
• How do people build the kingdom of God?

How can I use my gifts to build a kingdom of God?

Firstly I would need to identify my gifts. This could be hard because sometimes we forget about what we have been given and we may want so many other gifts. I think my gifts are really important to me. The gifts I have are the gift of making people laugh and kindness. The gift of making people laugh is more than just gift it is an honor. Another gift I have been given by God is kindness. I can use this gift to make people happy by help them to be kind to others too and they don’t feel like they are alone. I think this would be considered as the work of the Church because it will help build the kingdom of God as Jesus taught us that we all are brothers and sisters.

Flip your 'tale' Mermaid

Once Once upon a time, in a small town, there lived two sisters named Luci and Kayla who were born with magical powers. Their room was filled with books of all the fairy tales ever written in the world.

One day, when Kayla asked Luci which book she wants her to read, Luci pointed to the “Little mermaid’s tale”. Once the story finished, Luci complained and said “ I don’t like this story. It doesn't make sense, if the little mermaid really liked the prince then why didn’t she tell him?” “Come on sis, it's just a story”, said Kayla, cheering her sister up.”Can we change the story with our magic somehow?”, asked Luci. “Alright, it’ll” be fun….” said Kayla.

Kayla rubbed her ring and a magical portal opened in their room which led them into the tale. When they landed they realized that they were underwater, standing outside a huge gold castle. The little mermaid, was picking flowers from the garden. Shocked to see humans, she asked “What are you doing here in the ocean?” “Umm……….. we are going to guide you to get what your heart truly desires. Please let us be your friends”, said Kayla. The little mermaid did not understand that but shrugged it off and said “Cool...as long as you don’t hurt me, I can be your friend”.

As the story proceeds the little mermaid saves the prince from drowning and falls in love with him. Luci and Kayla could see how badly the little mermaid wanted legs so that she could be with the Prince.

One day, Kayla used her magical powers to turn the mermaid into a human. As she now had legs instead of a tail, the ocean waves threw her out to the beach. She was lying unconscious, when she was taken to the palace by the guards. Luci and Kayla followed her inside the palace hiding inside an invisible cloak.

There was a ball in the palace that day celebrating the safe return of the prince from the shipwreck. When the mermaid gained consciousness, she was dressed in a beautiful gown and was introduced to the Prince, as a girl who was rescued from the beach.  

While the prince was dancing with other princess of the kingdom he could see the mermaid looking at him longingly and invited her for a dance. While dancing with the mermaid he got lost in her big beautiful eyes. Luci desperately wanted the little mermaid to tell the prince that she was the one who saved him. So, Luci used her magical powers to show the prince in the mermaid’s eyes, how he was rescued by the mermaid during the shipwreck and how the mermaid had given up her tail to be with the Prince just one more time.

The prince felt so overwhelmed with this act of mermaid that he instantly fell in love with her and kissed her but suddenly he froze into ice.

Kayla understood this to be some magical curse accompanying the magical gift which was given to  the mermaid while turning her into a human. The mermaid was helpless and guilty tears dropped like white pearls from her beautiful eyes. Just as she was about to get the love of her life, she had lost it forever.  

Kayla and Lucy had nothing to say to the  mermaid which would make her feel better. They understood that with great powers you can not change the past, it’s only the future which you can make better. So they went back to their home through the portal and

let the story be as it was.

It was very exciting because I have never got two awards in a day  :  )

It seems like my lucky day :  ) 

Yoy might have noticed that in my certificates there a few dots those are just because it had my last name on it so I had to do that :  )
